Happy new year everyone! Lately, I’ve been thinking about goals and resolutions for 2019. So this year rather than trying to make promises to myself, that only in the end, add to the stress and chaos, I want to focus on people, feelings and my approach to life in general. So for 2019, my resolutions for an intentional positive new year are:
December became a very busy month for me. I was prepping and creating for Vendor Fairs, preparing for the holidays, volunteering, bringing kids to and from their activities, working, my list can go on an on. I am sure many of you can relate. And to top it all off I ended 2018 with a whopper of a sinus cold infection. With all that was going on, and exhausted as I've been, I just needed to focus on one thing at a time. Unfortunately during this all, I had to step away a little from my Stampin Up communication. I am sorry for that! However the best way to find out what I have going on is to follow me on Facebook. It's the easiest place for me to communicate! My page is Stampin & Scrappin with Steph and you can use this link to access and join the page https://www.facebook.com/stephjandrowstamps/ #simplestamping During Convention, Stampin Up, announced a fun new social media campaign called #simplestamping. This campaign will allow demonstrators to focus on new crafters and showing them that card making can be as easy—and fun—as they make it! Over the next several months, demonstrators will be having simple stamping challenges with different themes and product requirements. For example, December’s challenge will have a “Thank You” card theme, and the product requirements will be one stamp set, ink, and note card paper (all from the annual catalog). So if you see me sharing using this hashtag...you will know why! CLASS IDEAS I love to create the classes for you using our newest products. But I want to make sure the cards I plan suite your needs. So, with that said, if you have a need for a certain type of card, i.e. thank you, baby, wedding, gift card. I am working on my January/February schedule. And as I am sure you can tell....I am still playing catchup. Checkout my facebook page or Stampin Up site for an updated schedule this week. NEW CATALOGS Our Holiday cataog will end on January 2nd and we will be to transition to our new spring calalog. The Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration begin on January 3, 2019. If you are a regular customer of mine, you will receive a copy of the catalogs in the mail. The Occasions catalog is filled with the latest and greatest products for our upcoming seasons! And remember for every $50 you spend, you will be able to pick and item free in the Sale-A-Bration Catalog! CLING STAMPS For years you know I very rarely put the label on my stamps because they do not stick to the acrylic blocks very well. And unfortunately the downside of not having the legal means struggling with stamp position and lining up two-step stamping...Cling stamps were first introduced in Japan beginning with their 2018-2019 annual catalog. The new stamp line has been a smashing success. We are excited to offer cling stamps in all other markets beginning with the 2019 occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure. During the transition, be sure to view product details carefully both in publications (each stamp type is identified with an icon) and when placing orders to note the stamp medium. · Beginning with the 2019 occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure, all new stamp sets will be available either in cling (for red rubber stamps) or photopolymer. · Stamps in the 2018-2019 annual catalog will continue to be available in clear-mount, wood-mount, or photopolymer. · Red rubber stamp sets (clear-mount or wood-mount) in the annual catalog that will be carrying over will transition to cling with the 2019-2020 annual catalog. Watch for more information about carryover stamp sets in April 2019 with the regularly scheduled communication about catalog transitions, the carryover list, and the retiring products list. Reminder
IT’S YOUR LAST CHANCE TO SHOW 2018 SOME LOVE! The Year-End Closeout is our chance to do a little inventory cleaning—and your opportunity to take advantage of special year-end deals on retiring and surplus items. Remember: Some items are last-chance and limited-inventory, so place your orders while supplies last!
