So let's get started! I chose to make a card and project for babies! I used the Stampin Up color So Saffron. I kept the color neutral since I am not sure exactly who may receive this card. But my projects are easy enough to remake more gender specific!
The card was super simple and didn't require tons of work. My day-to-day is super busy, as I am sure many of you can relate, and as much as I wish my ideas come to me easily, it's not always the case! Sometimes I just need a little help and I love looking at Pinterest for inspiration!
I used the stamp set by Stampin Up called Animal Outing. It's just so cute! I stamped, colored and cut out the giraffe. Created the window on the card and then embossed using a cable knit embossing folder. To make the opening on the card, I used a stitched circle die. and cut the layer first, then I centered the layer onto the cardbase, be sure the card is opened before cutting or yu will cut both sides, then cut out the circle. You can use the circle cut from the layer for the inside of the card.  To created the circle border, I used a separate piece of paper, cut the small circle first and then aligned a larger circle over the cut part and that will create the ring the will fit perfectly on the card! Added some sequins and bakers twine and this card is done.
I used My project is a little baby onsie or overall. So cute! I mean this really can not get any easier! I used the die from the All Dressed Up set. So basically I used the bag die and you cut out twice to make the bag...or in this case the overalls. Cut the handle die twice and then I cut out the buttons and pocket in So Saffron. Assemble. Now you can get a little fancier and emboss the paper before cutting it out, use designer paper or a solid color instead of white. But I wanted to just keep this simple. On the little pocket, I stamped, colored and cut out the giraffe again, and punched with a 1" circle punch.  I added a little piece of cardstock for the pocket that say Welcome Little One, also from the Animal Outing set.
This little overall bag, it soooo adorable! And is perfect for a little treat to give at a shower.  Totally customizable to fit anyone's theme! Fill it will a little washcloth or baby socks, and a gift card and it's the perfect gift!

Love the little box, looks like a cute little jumper. Also love this set, it is one of my favorites. Thanks for showing other things I can do with it.
